I started Bentley Mental Health after trying to end my own life in 2009 then decided i wanted to do more for the people he worked due to the amount of issues the industry has, so i started Construction Buddies to improve construction mental health and with the focus on workers well being and safety top priority these videos are a combination of some of our journey.

We at Construction Buddies understand workers and get them talking.
We understand what construction workers go through on a day-to-day basis and how hard and stressful it can be for everyone involved. But we want to help by improving construction mental health and wellbeing and help you gain better staff retention and fewer sick days.we believe that there is no point protecting your head with a hard hat if you don’t look after what’s under it.we are still losing 2 workers per day to Suicide and deaths in Construction are up by 55% this year and 100 companies are going bust each week let’s get something positive let’s make our sites safer better wellbeing better attitude from management to workers let’s have support and more training and talks on site, let’s have our workers wanting to come to work each day,
